Last week turned out to be a really strong week for us at fpl analysis with 87 points and lots of big returns from some of our star players. Captain Son continued his electric start to the season with a goal and assist while big contributions to our score came from Werner Fernandes and finally Adams delivered on the promises he has been making since the season started.

We took a look at our team for this week and we really looked at changing out one of our cheaper Forwards but in the end decided to stick and take 2 free transfers into the next gameweek. (see below!)

Last week captaining Son paid off as our team climbed up to 1.2m overall which continues the trend of green arrows and an improving overall performance.

It has been a strange start to the season with some very peculiar scores but hopefully we are seeing things settling down now. There is a long way to climb to get towards our targets but thankfully there is a long way to go too.

We are captaining Salah this week with Son as our back up. Sheffield United have really struggled to find anything close to their form from last season and we are counting on Liverpool to "do it for Virgil" after his injury and all the complaining since last week.

STOP THE PRESS!!!!

Owing to our excitement at having a good week for a change we notice we actually have 2 FT already so we will not be wasting that.

We would like to thank Mitrovic for his services and zero points last week but we feel it is best that we now part on friendly terms. FPL analysis would like to welcome Dominic Calvert-Lewin as his replacement. We look forward to lots of goals and FPL points during his stay with us.

Best of luck to you all.
